Looking back on life, I realized something. I seem to attract weird and/or awkward people in general. Most of my friends, in which parents don't approve of, seem to have some sort of addiction, some good and some bad. Lately, I think it's mostly my fault...and to be honest, it's mostly my personality that just accepts everything that is. It's not my fault that I don't entirely express myself aloud like most people would, but I've gotten around long enough to know that fitting in isn't always such a good thing.

After thinking about it for about half a year now, I realize, I've attracted people with something or other on this list.

A) They're possibly not a virgin, or are not
B) They've done something to harm themselves, whether it be cutting themselves, smoking or drinking
C) People older than I am (Not like Junior/Senior older...like College students and beyond...)
D) Have done something or other along the lines of illegal
or E) Have some addiction to sex or drugs.

I understand that most of it's my fault, and I know that some of these things look like I'm branding people, but I'm not. And to be honest, I blame myself for being who (or what) I am. I accept pretty much everything in the world no matter how much I complain, and sometimes, it not their fault when it happens to them, mostly because something that happened in the past or with a parent/family/friend or just flat out someone dear/close to them.

Like, A can be a result of rape and what not, and that I don't have such a big deal with. B can be a result of a parent having smoked and allowed their child to do so, but still, I'd rather not have someone do so. C...well, that one kind of explains itself, I look older than I truly am...D, well, also a result of a parent, but most of the time I find it to be of free will. E, I've noticed, happens a lot in high school. But the thing I'm trying to get through here, you'll have to take a peak at the list below.

Problems/Misunderstandings

A. I understand that if rape is the culprit of this one, but it more relates to letter E in most ways. Why would you allow someone to violate you at such a young age when you KNOW that person is going to possibly run out on you and not care for the things they've done to you? I realize it happens in marriage all the time, but HIGH SCHOOL, guys don't care about the past. They care more about the next hour than they do anything else. If you get pregnant, they run out like the devil's at their heels, and leave you in the dust. Half the time, girls will do ANYTHING to get it, and in result, they can't tell WHO the father is...
B. Okay, trying it is okay, as a one time thing. Sure, just to see if it's a possibility, no. If you think it's okay to do something illegal, go ahead and get your ass in trouble. No one will care except for the fact it makes excellent gossip and make you an outcast like the rest of the lowlifes that live around the world. It makes no sense, really; why would you do something that harms your body in such a harmful way? Not only does smoking cause lung cancer and hundreds other problems, but it pretty much shaves 30 years off your life span. Think about it this way, if one of your friends, someone you love to death, was smoking, think how bad you would feel if they died at 50 or younger? Makes you wish you would have stopped them...drinking is it's own story. If you think dying from water overdose is flat out BULL SHIT, then how about Drinking yourself to Death? More bull shit, I know, but it's possible. There have been thousands of reports that people have drank themselves into a coma or death.
C. Again. I look like I'm about 20 years when I'm really only 15. That isn't totally my fault, but sometimes I really can't complain about it...
D. Seriously, need I explain this one? A life in jail isn't what people want, but what is it that makes them go on? Money, drugs, sex? Literally people, not only do you put YOUR life at stake, but others as well. Think about it. How many times have people died in a drug deal or a heist?
E. Addictions, of all things, are the worst I would have to say. More or less, I think smoking is one I can deal with because it's not the person's fault entirely. It's more or less the big money making companies that earn millions of dollars off the countries bad health. Nicotine, Rat Poison and other drugs that should be illegal (and possibly will never be...) are placed in one cigarette, and for what? So someone can die just because the big bad company says it makes you look cool? More mature? Did you ever think of this one while watching it? Stupid. Older. Smelly? Drinking can cause a number of problems. And I would know, because of an incident that happens one night somewhere in town, involving some friends of mine. This is where I ask "Why would you keep alcohol in plain sight where ANY ONE can get their hands on it?" It's common sense. If you're going to drink, then do it, but again. Picture your friend with you having a drinking party together with some other people. In the morning, when you wake up, you realize that said friend had too much to drink, passed out on the couch, and died that very night that only hours ago, you had see them. How terrible you would feel, and you, my friend, had just put your feet into their shoes were such a thing to ever happen to you. Sex...oh boy do we have an epidemic with that addiction in this generation. To be honest, I just don't get what is so special about sex. I understand love, and what not, but sex? Really? So, a good friend of mine, and I care about her very much, would possibly do said thing if there wasn't something standing in her way. That's right, religion can keep someone from doing it, but I know a guy (a friend introduced us on facebook, because apparently they had dated) is both Christian and not a virgin. Thus, sin is present. In the words of what I've said before, "One day, something is going to happen, and they're not going to be there to help you because they're to afraid, and no one is going to want to happen because they saw it coming." and honestly, it's true. The main thing that happens is this: Girl get pregnant, Man runs out. There are very little stories of where the man stays, unless it was planned. Unplanned...you can kiss your normal life goodbye.
